In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Bundles
All bundles/closures/frontals sent must be new.
You must send in the right lace for your skin tone, or request a lace from Jemers hair; please see FAQ to know what lace is best for you
PROCESSING TIME

Custom units: Construction of your unit starts 48 hours after purchase. Your orders cannot be changed after that; all sales are final. Allow 7-14businnes days for processing

Ready to ship units: Units will be shipped 1 business day after order

Wig revamp (Wash+ style) : 5-7 business day after wig is received

Wig revamp (wash+ lace replacement+ style): 7-10 business day after wig is received

Custom units with hair provided by customer: 7-10 business day after hair is received by mail

Hair bundles/closures/frontals: Allow 4-7business day processing time
Shipping policy
How It Works
Please expect delays during sales periods and holidays
*If purchasing a custom unit from our store, no two wigs/units will be the same due to colouring and different resolutions on devices. This is especially for streaked units. We try our best to get units as similar as possible. We do not guarantee that 2 units will be 100% identical.
UK Standard delivery

Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 3-7 working days from the moment your order has been processed.

Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.

A signature may be required on receipt.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
Express delivery

Express Delivery is available Monday to Thursday for orders placed before 2pm.

Express Delivery is excluded on weekends and public holidays.

Express Delivery is shipped out the Next working Day once your order has been processed.

Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

A signature will be required upon receipt.

If you are unavailable on the time delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
International delivery

International Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 10-14 working days from the moment your order has been processed.

Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Our couriers deliver during normal business hours and. A signature may be required upon receipt.

Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Jemers hair is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.

Please note that orders will not be delivered on any public holiday dates in your country. On these occasions delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.
Returns, Refunds and Privacy policy
About Our Policy
*Please be advised that due to the nature of our products, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are prohibited, and all sales are final. Exchanges are permitted if none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:

There was a mistake on the sellers part

All orders must be returned in the original packaging.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of recorded receipt.

Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be offered store credit.

Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused.

Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return/exchange, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items. *Customised orders can only be returned or exchanged if there was a mistake on the sellers part.
Jemers hair is subject to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and a valid ID. None of this information will be shared under any circumstances. This information is obtained to protect from fraud and fraudulent disputes. In event of Fraudulent Charges, Customer will be subject to law enforced hearing upon Jemers hair loosing funds or product. Customer will be contacted via shipping address in such case.
Cancellations and Undelivered orders
About our Policy
Orders may be cancelled provided that they have not yet been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us via email at info@jemershair.com. Please do this as soon as possible in order to ensure your cancellation is successful.
You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order please email us on info@jemershair.com
We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. Jemers hair cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
If you have a complaint about Jemers wigs, please contact us via email on info@jemershair.com and we aim to respond to you within 48 hours of receipt.
